We use Australia Post for shipping. You have the option of upgrading your delivery to Express Post or to add a signature at delivery for peace of mind.

A tracking number will be issued with order fulfilment confirmation. Click HERE for tracking your order.

Delivery Terms

Please allow 24-72 hours for Click & Collect orders to be fulfilled. You will receive an email confirming that your order is ready for collection.

Please allow for 1-16 business days for delivery, some areas may take longer due to their proximity to Showtime Dancewear.

Delivery time will be dependent on the intended location and stock availability.

Please note once in the hands of Australia Post, we are no longer responsible for the delivery of your parcel, this is now the responsibility of Australia Post.

Due to COVID-19 and severe weather events please expect some delay in response times due to team shortages.

Stock Availability

Showtime Dancewear does not guarantee that all items will be in stock and available for postage, this is dependent on supplier availability.

In case of a product being currently unavailable with the particular supplier Showtime will contact you with an estimated time of delivery for that product, items will then be back ordered until otherwise notified. 

For special order items please allow for extra processing time.

Due to COVID-19 and severe weather events please expect some delay in response times due to team shortages and low manufacturing output.

Please Note:

Business Days are: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, 
Orders placed after 12 noon will be regarded as the following business day due to supplier ordering deadlines. 
Non Business Days are: Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. 

We offer easy returns or exchanges within 14 DAYS of your online purchase provided an invoice number/order number can be produced. You can return your product for store credit, an exchange for a different item or a refund. If returning for a refund a $10 restocking fee may be applied, this fee will not be applied if you are exchanging for an alternative size or product.

We will gladly exchange with proof of purchase within 14 days from date of purchase.

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it including tags being attached and be in the original packaging.
