Shipping & Delivery
We use Australia Post for shipping. You have the option of upgrading your delivery to Express Post or to add a signature at delivery for piece of mind.
A tracking number will be issued with order fulfilment confirmation. Click HERE for tracking your order.
Please allow 24-72 hours for Click & Collect orders to be fulfilled. You will receive an email confirming that your order is ready for collection.
Please allow for 1-16 business days for delivery, some areas may take longer due to their proximity to Showtime Dancewear.
Delivery time will be dependent on the intended location and stock availability.
Showtime Dancewear does not guarantee that all items will be in stock and available for postage, this is dependent on supplier availability.
In case of a product being currently unavailable with the particular supplier Showtime will contact you with an estimated time of delivery for that product, items will then be back ordered until otherwise notified.
For special order items please allow for extra processing time.
Some items will be listed as 'Order Now Pay Later', these orders will still require payment before the order will be shipped. You will be contacted by phone to complete the order process.
Business Days are: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday,
Orders placed after 12 noon will be regarded as the following business day due to supplier ordering deadlines.
Non Business Days are: Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.
Please choose carefully, as we do not give refunds for change of mind.
We will gladly exchange with proof of purchase within 21 days from date of purchase.
If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it including tags being attached and be in the original packaging.
