* For Faulty Goods
a. Showtime Dancewear is to be notified directly before returning any items. Please have ready your invoice number, date of purchase and item details.
b. A Returns Form will then be emailed to you. This is to be completed and returned with your garments. Please note we cannot guarantee the processing of returns if we don’t have the correct information.
c. We reserve the right to determine whether a product is faulty and conduct a production and quality check. This will include returning the product to the manufactures for their inspection. A response for faulty claims will be received within 5 working days of the garments arrival at Showtime Dancewear Office. If deemed faulty, we will contact you to provide the option of;
i. a product replacement reissued to you or
ii. a full refund of the cost of the goods.
